Laid back, friendly and fun. Melinda is an excellent teacher, with oodles of experience, patience and ideas. I came away with new skills, confidence to tackle things I'd been putting off, problems solved and loads of ideas...I really couldn't wish for more!

...and I made it! The support was fantastic, from choosing materials & complementary findings & thread, to the patient step-by-step tutoring. I've made one more for my sister and one for a friend - so the teaching worked! And I still use my first one almost daily. Thanks!
